- Cancelling or pull out of any one event within a reasonable time frame or for a valid reason will be assessed on a case by case scenario.

- Before applying for the VIP membership we ask that you familiarise yourself with the events and their location so you are aware of travel requirements:
- ⁠if there is a festival you have requested and it is already full we will not be able to have you on the team but if someone does drop out you will be given first preference.
- ⁠You will initially be given your first festival to work at, and if you successfully complete your 8 hour shift, it will open up the remaining festivals you have chosen.
- ⁠if you pull out of the first festival within 10 days of it commencing then we will not be able to have you working at any further festivals and you will not be entitled to any refund of the paid Membership.
- ⁠if you arrive for your shift unfit to work or under the influence, you will forfeit your shift and any refund of your paid Membership.
- ⁠if you successfully complete the first festival and then decide you do not wish to work at any further festivals, this is okay. However, you will not be entitled to any refund of your paid Membership.
