Refunds for change of mind
BMFHQ does not have to give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
Returns & Exchanges
- All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of goods.
- Face masks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards do not expire.
- Call BMFHQ any time to discuss your order or returned items.
