We purchased a Drager Alcotest 6000 for our business through BMF HQ. Initially there was a delay with getting the unit certified and tested due to Covid backlogs which was frustrating. But after making a phone call to BFM and explaining our concerns, Alison and the team helped us out with a loan unit till our unit was ready for pickup. Which made for a fantastic customer experience dealing with their company. It appears good old customer service isn't fully dead. They kept us fully informed throughout the process.
